Strawflower Ceramics crafts whimsical and everlasting handmade pottery. Uniquely vegan-friendly, every object, whether functional or sculptural, playfully blends artistry with activism.

Jenna’s practice is driven by a distinctive childlike sense of wonder, expressed through bold colour, illustrative surfaces, and surprising sculptural elements that carry whimsy into functionality. Inspired by the personalities of her rescued chickens, she creates work that reveals animals as individuals with humour, tenderness, and spirit. At times enchanting and at other times provocative, her creations are both an invitation to delight in the everyday and a challenge to reflect on how our daily rituals and the choices woven within them connect to the lives of all sentient beings.

Pristine porcelain is Jenna's primary medium - delicate and glowing, yet strong and everlasting like a strawflower. It provides the perfect canvas for her distinctive hand-drawn details while preserving the imprint of her fingers, transforming work into a tactile companion to be cherished.
